He could win the National whenever he wants to be fair.If Pog won it he wouldn't be able to wear his national jersey. Is the Worlds worth that?

Dude… Calm down… 😁You state that as a fact, but "Yeah, well, you know, that's just like, your opinion, man."

At least he had the Bilbao stage. It wouldn't be like Sagan and the European Championship jersey. If Pog won it he wouldn't be able to wear his national jersey. Is the Worlds worth that?
Wout and Mathieu are the one day races veriosn of Vinge and Pogi during TdF.Podium at tdf behind vinge and on this course behind mvdp - gotta remind oneself how nuts that is, because it feels kinda mew because its pog.
Compared to MvdP a lot, but he wasn't losing distance closing Evenepoel 5 times in the corners. How much energy did he lose in the corners? Felt like he had to close a small gap after every single corner in the final (last 40km).
He isn´t a bad bike handler but post Liege crash he isn´t willing/able to push it on a technical course.
Nah... this feels like an overreaction or trying to see something that isnt. He was not better nor worse than anyone else. How much energy did he lose in the corners? Felt like he had to close a small gap after every single corner in the final (last 40km).

He stayed in the front the whole time... he wasnt losing positions. To me the tells that he probably took the corners pretty well. Otherwise, he would have lost positions and constantly having to move up.
MVDP was just always going to be very hard to beat. His first attack was really powerful and you knew the second one was probably gonna be the winning one. I was at least waiting for it.
Sure a technical course... at the end it was still the strongest riders up there.
Felt more like a safety distance going into the corner, if you watch it back. He didnt lose it in the turn and actually came back after the turn, sometimes going faster. He isn´t beating MVP but I thought that he was struggling more than the rest in the group of four. Even more after MVP attacked. Losing a couple of bike lengths compared to WVA and Pedersen.

Lol, no.Because he was accelerating harder. Spending more energy.
Hopefully not more serious, than that he went pretty deep.Apparently, he was led away from the press conference due to dizziness and being close to collapsing.
Lol, no.
And you just said the he was losing bike lengths... now he was accelerating harder. What are you saying?
You just tryna say something that you have made up.
Corners weren't the issue. Arguably he was too active between roughly 100 and 50km to go. After that he played his cards right. Pogacar was never gonna win this, and I'd argue he overperformed by outsmarting Pedersen for 3rd.
