There is still the myth he is not good in the heat. C'mon, he just isn't thermonuclear like in cold/rainy weather

Its just to funny all that steams from when the guy rode with a fractured wrist. Doubt people get how much energy the body spends on that its just the biggest myth these long climb nonsense etc taken way out of proportion of a guy 3 week of prep to a tour. There is still the myth he is not good in the heat. Yeah even more impressive so. Jonas properly ride one of his best rides. This was mental considering his rivals did not bonk. What a ride.

RoglicSo the real question is: will he do the triple? Honestly, I don't see who should pose any threat to him.
Four greatest riders of all time!
I guess he wasnt in the red yesterdayExpect more shenanigans from Pogacar tomorrow. Apparently from riders and good sources he didnt even go into the red today.
This was actually what many posters including me suggested. Pog could pick and choose when and where to dig a little deep and win stages, it was quite evident during the Giro that he could have won with +20 minutes if he really wanted.Still, one might think that winning the giro laid even better foundation to hit a perfect shape for the Tour. Pogačar very well seemed to have warmed up his muscles by toying with Dani Martínez and the nearly retiree Thomas...Im being ironic in a way. But having Pogacar solely for the TdF is probably better for intiguing battle
When Jonas set the attacking pace with 10km to go, it was assumed that the times were going to be outrageous since it was a do or die.

But he was enjoying wheelsucking Vingegaard until he got bored. Very very easy for him.Sure, Jonas contributed big time to this record. But even given his pacing it's absurd. I mean How can body maintain 6.9 w/kg for 40 minutes? Doing it for 20 minutes of standalone effort (i.e. TT) is already HC performance.
