Now this is a hot take if you mean in this spring! If Poggi wins MSR, I think he would give PR a try.

This is both very accurate and wildly incorrect. For starters, I'm a doubter and if he pulls it off, I'll be mildly vocal in the clinic 🤔😆If he wins the double, all of the doubters up to that point will be no where to be found. This is how it goes online. We don’t have to do the work. We just think we know what it takes
Is he the same guy that created Team Sky's special black fabric?
It's a conspiracy because it is so simple, only him and one other person probably hatched the plan that he would just really love to ride the Giro win-lose-or draw.Okay. How is that a conspiracy?
I too believe that he really wants to ride the Giro, even if I don't think that's because of a conspiracy. I also don't see any contradiction between that and my point that his decision indicates that he doesn't believe that he is likely to beat Vingegaard in the Tour.
After everything we've been through, I will be in there too. This is both very accurate and wildly incorrect. For starters, I'm a doubter and if he pulls it off, I'll be mildly vocal in the clinic 🤔😆
I mean this spring. If he wins his fourth different monument, he must give the last one a shot. Now this is a hot take if you mean in this spring!
I think he's the underdog at the Tour, but not a gigantic one like Roglic. He still has a decent shot, say 30-40%. And I also think we think differently about how the Giro should affect his Tour. It's 2024, I don't really think the Giro-Tour double is as impossibe as it used to be, we just have a complete lack of top GC riders attempting it.Okay. How is that a conspiracy?

Me and who else?If wrong predictions resulted in a sense of shame or self-imposed abandonment, the forum would be down to ten users.

I personally think if this Giro campaign is successful, he will do at least 2-4 more years of spring classics campaigns. Health and luck necessary!I mean this spring. If he wins his fourth different monument, he must give the last one a shot.
But it is if he can replicate Stephen Roache in 87 and make cycling legendary again.I don't think doing both the Giro in May and the Tour in July is the optimal path towards the Worlds in September. Rather the opposite: it's the worst prep he can have. So it's not a consideration that should favour Giro participation.
There are 4 weeks more from the Tour to the Worlds this year than in 1987.But it is if he can replicate Stephen Roache in 87 and make cycling legendary again.
I think it all adds up.The heat? I thought it was the wrist.
You're being toxic.Me and who else?
It's a joke.
Heat, wrist, spring classics, emirates tatics, individual mistakes by attacking too much, and next year The Giro. I think i'm not missing anything.I think it all adds up.
His weight...Heat, wrist, spring classics, emirates tatics, individual mistakes by attacking too much, and next year The Giro. I think i'm not missing anything.
He didn't want to hurt vingo's fans fragile egosThe heat? I thought it was the wrist.
I recall Vingo fans claiming that the Tour and stomach problems as reasons for Vingo's demise in the Vuelta TT.
The line between excuses and facts is blurred by one's own bias. Yet another friendly reminder that no one holds the higher ground.
Then he can pick up an Olympic gold along the way, if he's doing the RR.There are 4 weeks more from the Tour to the Worlds this year than in 1987.
