The problem for pog in Roubaix is not lack of technique. This guy is 63kg climber thats the problemAnyone that rides Roubaix? Makes sure you can go faster in the corners and over the cobbles so you don't have to put as much energy in?
It’s one of the issuesThe problem for pog in Roubaix is not lack of technique. This guy is 63kg climber thats the problem
Don't think Pogacar is 63. More like 66.The problem for pog in Roubaix is not lack of technique. This guy is 63kg climber thats the problem
Is that head or tail ?Sunny but cold weather. Wind from East/NE. I saw in Oudenaarde.

That win against Nadal was such an upset and Federer almost threw away his chances of winning RG for (almost) losing to Haas and Del Porto.
Del Potro had the greatest FH ever, what a player he was when healthyDel Potro was no slouch in 2009. If he hadn't been as injury-plagued as he was, we would have talked of a big 5, not a big 4.
Sorry for re-bringing the thread out of order.
And the best service also.Del Potro had the greatest FH ever, what a player he was when healthy
I
man I don’t remember any details like this. I don’t doubt they happened. Just no memory for it
See this thread. We have a poll there.Who will win the Tour? If I were a betting man I would bet Vingegaard.
There are any news about Politt? He is very important to Pogacar in PR.
Thanks mate.''Nils Politt has been spared serious injuries in his crash and the Belgian one-day race Dwars door Vlaanderen. A spokesman for UAE Emirates XRG team comfirmed. 31 year-old suffered only isolated abrasions and will thus be available to World Champion Tadej Pogacar on Sunday at Tour of Flandern.''

His technique makes a significant advantage cornering into and through the pave sections at Roubaix, but not as much of a factor at de Ronde
Is Pogacar being sold at the market? Do riders that are slightly heavier may do better historically.. I will go with that, but Pogacar has bucked many historical metrics.. Some of the qualities of wattage generated and proven TT and long attacks.. Guy has shown that he can handle his bike on less than perfect road surfaces. So his technique is testedDon't think Pogacar is 63. More like 66.
And we've seen a few 67-68kg riders to do well in Roubaix so weight shouldn't necessarily be a problem. More down to the technique.
It's not just that it's a problem for Pogacar, it's a problem for anyone following MVDP. If MVDP does manage to gap Pogacar during Roubaix it will come immediately following a corner into or within a cobbled sector. Not to say Pog won't catch back up on a straightaway. The fun thing is we get to watch and see how it unfoldsThe problem for pog in Roubaix is not lack of technique. This guy is 63kg climber thats the problem
I also wonder if the old idea of "lighter guys can't win P-R" is not as relevant on modern bike frames and equipment (especially tires). On older bikes the more someone got bounced around the less power they were able to produce? Is Pogacar being sold at the market? Do riders that are slightly heavier may do better historically.. Well, when you have to simulate following MVDP’s speed through the cobbles, then that sounds like a good idea.As expected his record run on mons en pevele was due to being behind a motor.
Well, it would be silly if he could just ride 200+ kms on his own at racing speed as a training, he would just kill his legs.As expected his record run on mons en pevele was due to being behind a motor.
