Of course, its perspective. How you doing? Mourning Armani or all good?
If Roglic feels good he should ride his own raceOf course, its perspective. How you doing? Mourning Armani or all good?
Is Roglic ready to be a good little bee for Pogi his godson at this WC btw ? He needs some teammates to help control the race to a certain point. Hope hes up for the task, as he should be. I assume he knows his place.
He's more useful to disturb the chase than to pull on a big climb tbh. Maybe one pull on the big climb before Pog attacks. If Roglic feels good he should ride his own race

The one thing to absolutely not do is send Roglic in early attack.
Happy to hear that, keeping it fresh. Of course we will.Commemorating mostly, some clothes and parfum.
As for the rest i am sure that both Rogla and Pogi will do fine and that you and me will rejoice.
Pog like the El Patron of the Peloton should make a decisive stand. The issue needs to be resolved.![]()
'I think all the riders are a little scared of what could happen' - Tadej Pogačar voices concern as pro-Palestine protests spread from the Vuelta to Canada
Israel-Premier Tech to race the GP de Québec and GP de Montréal as IPT in monogram-branded kitwww.cyclingnews.com
If Jay Vine weren't so bad on the downhills, I'd think he could win the time trial at Rwanda.
Would be tragic if it ends like the Boston Marathon.Pog like the El Patron of the Peloton should make a decisive stand. The issue needs to be resolved.![]()

vine is super good in flat TTs, hilly TTs especially if long are not his thing, pog and remco are way strongerIf Jay Vine weren't so bad on the downhills, I'd think he could win the time trial at Rwanda.

What will the setup be like for a parcours like that. Full TT rig or some modifications like aero road bike with tri bar extensions and rear disc wheel etc?Last year he was doing really well in Zurich until the accident. But I don't think he'll win because of what I've said; he'll lose any advantage on the downhills. There are three.

You were right. Almeida is closer to Vingegaard than Vingegaard to Pogacar.Cant wait for Pogacar to ride again. I cant watch this mediocre *** anymore it's boring me so much I cant even be arsed to watch half of the stages.
In the Giro, as a viewer, I was bored in the vast majority of stages but we had 3 incredible stages that "save" the race.I don't care, someone likes that and someone prefer something else, normal I think. I just want to see good performances, doesnt matter to me from who. If it's from MvdP, I love that stuff too.
After getting used to a Bugatti, going back to bmw... sorry, but to be honest, it doesn't excite me in the slightest. In that sense, you could say Pogacar even ruined cycling for me with some help from MvdP in recent times. Thanks alot.
People forget that doing PR is not the same as doing a flat stage in TA or PN despite both are 1 race day. Even the preparation is not the same. It’s certainly true that, at least in terms of raw race days, his schedule is light however the flipside to that is that he never uses races to gain condition and is up for the win every time he pins on a number.
Also has to manage a longer form peak in spring than any other rider and then peak in July and then for September as well.
Looking up his records on PCS he has only 2 race days at below WT level since the start of 2024 and one of those was Emilia which has a WT worthy field and parcours.
You have to go all the way back to the 2022 Worlds for the last time he finished either stage race GC or one day road race outside the top 10. Crazy levels of consistent excellence.
Full on TT equipmentWhat will the setup be like for a parcours like that. Full TT rig or some modifications like aero road bike with tri bar extensions and rear disc wheel etc?
My instinct is it would not be steep enough or long enough climbing to rule out specialist TT equipment but I am not a techie.
I've read a couple of comments on Twitter from analysts saying that time trial it's not as tough as it seems, and that it's going to be faster than what was being said. What will the setup be like for a parcours like that. Pogacar is a beast in 5% climbs. This is where he shines.I've read a couple of comments on Twitter from analysts saying that time trial it's not as tough as it seems, and that it's going to be faster than what was being said.
The climbs barely exceed 5% at their maximum gradient.
Anyone expecting a time trial like last year's in Nice is wrong; those climbs were tough. Now, I think Remco is more favorite than I thought before looking better the route and read those opinions. I thought they were tougher and that the time trial speed would be slower. They're soft climbs that allow ride coupled and fast.
Pogacar will have to take advantage of the descents. Last year, in the first time trial of the Tour, Remco lost a few seconds against Pogacar on the descent.
To confirm this, we would have had to have seen Almeida in the same physical condition in the mountains of the Tour. You were right. Almeida is closer to Vingegaard than Vingegaard to Pogacar.
I just promised to myself I would agree with James if Vingegaard didn't finish the Vuelta 3 minutes ahead of Almeida. To confirm this, we would have had to have seen Almeida in the same physical condition in the mountains of the Tour.
For example, it's impossible to conclude that Van Aert is better than Pogacar due to Paris stage. It's very different from what happened in De Ronde. The Tour left them truly fatigued. Almeida has been injured for a few days, but his legs didn't climb any of the Tour's mountains. It's difficult to evaluatethat difference, but I think the difference would have been bigger in Vingegaard's favor at the Tour.
The route was also a determining factor. I can't believe Pidcock is actually 2:38 behind Vingegaard and less than 2 minutes behind Almeida. In fact, in the Tour, I think Hindley would be way ahead of Pidcock.
