One of the most succesfull season in cycling history, beating climbing records day in day out, winning races with historical solo breakaways as it was usual... and everything with Gianetti and Matxin behind close doors.

I wrote a message during last Tour about Matxin: this is his "modus operandi" and he is not going to stop. This time they are not in a random team like Saunier Duval, they are under the protection of a massive sponsor which is investing a lot of money to be the best and that's what are they doing, just being men o a mission.

I have to recognize that I don't watch a race where Pogaçar is involved since mid Tour de France. It is so obvious what is going to happen that I don't want to get frustated. I have been cycling fan since I was a kid and I never had the felling of being wasting my time watching a WWF show.

P.D.: I do believe in electronic or motor doping, just take the example of Foliforov in the Giro 2016 ITT.
But let's just be happy we were alive to witness it.

He has done it again.

Foliforov is a perfect example of motordoping!

Its for sure been going on for 15 years at this point

Here is my post thats nearly 3 years old with prime video examples.

Of course motor doping is in use, it was even in use back in 2010 with cancellara and breschel, breschel who was fuming after flanders since he got the wrong spare bike, the same race where cancellara litteraly motored away from boonen (go figure). Also Sky was notorius for motor usage, just watch Poels here motoring away up the Angliru lol.

Also 2013, especially with Froome up ventoux with the leaked watt files, its clear as day he is using a motor, you can also see it from the spectators view its so stupid.

Foliforovs famous tt in the giro, also ebike.

Roglic had motor in the bike at Strade Bianche a few years back as the infrared spectator cam found out.

Now many top teams have it, you have to adapt or die out, as such sky/ineos dominance is more or less over as other teams have leveled the playing field.

Lets face it UCI has no interest in catching any of these guys, as with the useless ipad scam app. Spectators should set up ir cams during mountain stages on the roadside, i would guarante the bikes would glow. You would have to be emotionaly invested to belive otherwise.

Do any Pog fans actually think he's clean? I'm referring to the main forums here and the rest of the internet. Because I don't mind if someone just enjoys the show and has a laugh about the absurdity of the performances. fair enough, c'est un 'entertainment', after all. But if there's actually people out there who think this guy is riding around cleanz because he cares for his health or something and only other riders dope... oh boy.

I believe in Tadej!

Why risk your health for eternal glory when you can do it with a motor?
This. As I've been trying to argue since this year's TDF: always look for the most technically feasible explanation, and look for the totality of evidence which in our case constitutes a season long string of "extraterrestrial" performances on all terrains with literally no sweat and a goofy smile on the face.

My mom is largely in the bucket of people that thinks he’s doping but largely has fun watching him, and I would consider her a pretty “normal” casual fan. But she has also started to go down a similar trajectory of getting sick of it ever since the Tour this year. So hopefully that’s a good sign.

Plenty especially in the media.

Well, not me. And I think we can discount anyone in the media, they are never going to openly accuse him of doping, or worse motor doping.

Yes, it's also true for almost any cyclist at his peak vs his 19 yo version though.
Exactly. The line is blurred at that young age. Froome was 26 when he "appeared". Vingo 24. Pog only 19-20 years old. You can't predict Tour de France winners at below 18. You can predict they will be good, but not how good. There is no science that can predict that with accuracy.

It’s not a primary argument for me but you can’t deny the transformation was rapid from 2018 to all the sudden winning 3 GT stages and being a top name in the peloton the year he moved to UAE. And if he’s that good at 20 then why not 19?
So how did Gianetti know he was a super responder back then? Luck? Even so this takes more than super responding.

There must be an Armstrong factor (look the other way), else, I fear motors. He looks so fresh. Even if motors there must be some kind of corruption involved as I assume his bike would need to be checked. I refuse to believe you can hide a motor from a trained mechanic who knows what to look for - even magnetic assistance. And the relaxed confidence from Pog suggests he isn't worried about being caught.
