Watching it made me think of Tom Dumoulins comment during the 2020 Tour following the Planche des belles filles Time Trial. That what Pogi showed there he could win most races with just one leg. He is still using two though. It's ridiculous and boring but the commentators are still talking about the greatest cyclist ever. Instead of the farce we are witnessing.

The biggest threat for him is hubris, for him as well as other UAE riders on the same program.
He's riding like he's untouchable. He could also wait until the final climb, but he needs to show off. That can start to work against you.

This guy is arrogant and a exhibitionist, because he is untouchable this year, since he knows the programme UAE made for him, is way more superior than the programme of the other teams.
He is a bit stupid since he could protect himself a bit, by not doing this way, to not receive difficult questions, but probably he is very confident, this new programme is so good that it will be impossible to the authorities catch him.

I don’t mind when someone dominates but this is like Pogacar is playing on recruit/easy difficulty. The issue is if he tests positive the amount of backlash it will get. It’ll be interesting to see how next year goes for him/UAE and how much Visma want to do in order to catch up. Every race he looks to get stronger.
Visma doesn't have the same budget anymore. UAE is the top team in everything right now. The skeletor needs to step up if he wants to close the gap to his doped rival
