Stop trying to downplay what Pogi is doing. He's well and truly in Merckx territory, something we thought would be outright impossible in a much more professionalized and scientifically approached sport, where the playing field should, in theory, be more leveled as information on proper training and nutrition has become easily accessible by virtually anyone and the gains should be much more, well, sorry in advance, but ... marginal. Instead, we're seeing almost unparalleled domination. And no, none of the people you mention come close to Pogi's domination. It's Merckx, it's Hinault, it's Coppi. Those are Pogi's peers. The only difference is that Pogi is doing this in an era where the top teams are spending big money to find one extra percent, and then this guy goes out and absolutely smashes the competition. That's not feasible. That's not realistic.
