Paulinho too. RS definitely trying to do something today. Completely different team w/o Lance in the mix.

Actual racing from the start of the stage? For a minute there I thought I was watching the Giro d'Italia...

Thor dropping off, he had a crash not long ago.

Couldn't quite see him hanging in there for the sprint at 70 km to go.. Puts him 10 points clear of Petacchi though.

Dave Harmon saying Hushovd's crashed.

Going uphill? How very unlike him.

I'm surprised Hes-Jay seems to have reacted so badly to the rest day. This is his seventh Grand Tour, after all.

Group with Cunego and Taaramae picks up and drops Johannes Frohlinger. Not sure how far they are behind the break.

Hmmm... I don't know whether Moreau's move is good for the break's cohesion. I imagine Pineau will now be soft-pedalling when Caisse need his aid the most.

Counter-productive move.
