Does Fuentes still hold his office in Tenerife?

Don't know, but I don't think they use the services of Fuentes. The sudden rise of Sky coincided with the arrival of Geert Leinders. He had to leave team Rabobank, after which they suddenly sucked in the mountains (especially Gesink). According to various sources Leinders wouldn't agree with the new stricter approach to clean cycling that team Rabobank implemented.
Leinders joined team Sky and the moment he started working there was about the same time as Froome has had his remarkable breakthrough.

Take into account holidays , seasons, and you may get to 20k a day. Especially considering simple facts that the amount of flights to tenerife varies during the year based on demand.

I don't think he is angry it all. This is all part of the deal - having such a reputation means you can't work for a team officially.
Leinders has a lot to hide and is under investigation right now, so he won't speak about doping practizes openly. I think Sky underestimated the whole Armstrong snowball-effect, after which 'outcast' Rasmussen was taken a lot more seriously. Now also Boogerd has admitted using PEDs and told about the role of Leinders. Even Leinders knows his position wasn't sustainable.

At least it would be a better tactic than asking SKY/Froome directly

Probably less than that really. Lienders is probably still working on the PED side, just not as an employee of a team. Lots of athletes out there would go to Lienders. His guys don't go positive on the bio-passport that we know. That's a major accomplishment. Outside WADA sanctioned sports, he could have plenty of athletes too.

As long as no one on Sky's side tries to damage his reputation, he's probably good.
