They can have the best team, they still will be destroyed by Pogi in RVV. Roubaix is another thing.

Yes thats very likely. But they do their best to get with the best possible squad to the startline and try to beat Pogi. Even WvA and MvdP need a perfect day do beat Pogi on a bad day. But you compete in sports to win and if you stop trying then you can stop doing professionel sports in my opinion. They can have the best team, they still will be destroyed by Pogi in RVV. Don't forget UAE classics team is also pretty insane. Visma will never beat them on tactics, they need WVA to beat Pogacar on sheer power, at least in MSR and RVV. In MSR, WVA can definetely follow Pogacar but in RVV he will be dropped like a stone after a hard tempo produced by the likes of Politt, Bjerg, Wellens, Veermesh, Rui Oliveira/Laengen and Morgado. This team is stellar too.Yes thats very likely. But they do their best to get with the best possible squad to the startline and try to beat Pogi. And I still believe that you can beat Pogi and UAE with team tactics, when your team is on point fit, willing and capable of the best. Try to isloate him, attack him, send good riders in the break, be active, give him a lot of situations where he needs do decide and then yes hope that he has a bad day or that he is making a bad decision. But try and try it again and don´t be afraid of loosing. In my opinion its better for Visma to try to win the monument then come in a second or third. Try it even if you help an opponent like MvdP, just try it and i´m sure there is a chance of winning. If you wait until Pogi can make his move then you won´t succeed.
I reckon they have to wait at least until next edition of MSR .Visma have not won a monument for four years, so they are due. I have my doubts about Jorgensen winning a monument, as he blows up in the last 50kms, as shown in Ronde and the World's
And I miss Kooij in the equation. Already flagged that he'd love to ride PR next year and is could become a Philipsen style contender in both PR and MSR.Teunissen likely to be the last man to join the team for next year, he can ride the classics too.
To be fair he was working with his American teammate to at least make it a race. Everyone else made self serving jabs at retrieving Pogacar but mostly avoiding getting completely dropped out of the race.Visma have not won a monument for four years, so they are due. He got all of their results this year except for Wout's silver medal.
Have I started being their researcher without knowing it?Wielerflits stat that Visma are the only world tour team to not place a rider in the top 10 of a monument this year. Looks to be correct.
Only WT not to get a top ten in a monument this year was Visma.
Last year their worst Monument was LBL, in which they got 7th.
It would appear so, I somehow missed your post.Have I started being their researcher without knowing it?

I meant Matteo.....if he hadn't saved Jonas' bacon in the TourVindegaard would've been off the podium.I'm inclined to disagree with that statement...

Might the folding of AGU, their kit manufacturer, have put back their presentation?
I suppose they could always have had it without wearing kits...
After all, isn't the purpose of a team presentation to introduce the riders?
No, it's about promoting the sponsors and keeping them happy.
