Tulett aiming for Ardennes and free role in Vuelta, with Andalucia, Ardeche, SB and Itzulia on the schedule according to the article on him.
Nothing about Nordhagen, other than that PCS has listed him for the Vuelta. Curious to see how they'll utilize him for the rest of the season.
Piganzoli will have a lot to do in the Giro. No Kuss (I think?), Jorgensen or Tulett leaves them a bit thin on climbers. Kelderman maybe?

seems like a sound set of ambitions, when you have the second best GC rider you have to have an ambition to win the Tour, even if #1 seems unbeatable.
Without Kooji and Brennan doing a harder schedule 40 victories is going to be hard to top.

Paris nice would have been a good addition in his palmares and he talked in 2024 about how it was one race he still wanted to win. Really strange what happened the last week.

This gives credence to those who believe Simon Yates didn't retire according to any 'plan' he had last year.
It looks more and more similar to how Dumoulin just GTFO of Jumbo's 2021 January camp.
They have several very cool riders and added some more with Armirail and Piganzoli.
But their general aura and how the media were drooling all over them made me dislike them.
They always come across as cocky and arrogant about their brilliant tactics while quite often the opposite is true.
Visma is also a Dutch team with WvA riding for them so the Belgian media will give them a disproportionate amount of attention. And while you vehemently support any British rider I generally do not give any special attention to a rider just because he has a Belgian flag.
I'm also convinced they were the right team for Roglic while at the same time their stupidity might have cost him two TdF's.
I disliked them. they copied Ineos in some aspects. I enjoyed Pog winning the 2020 TDF. as a Sky fan I was baffled to see all the "antidopers (antiSky)" almost not caring when they won 3 GT in 2023.
then something happened. and it was Jorgenson winning his first Paris-Nice. I like the guy. and Rogla left (no hate but Rogla did beat EVERY rider I liked) and Vingo crashed. AND BRENNAN CAME. so I don't dislike them anymore. I like WVA since the Finestre stage

How about have some more Booze instead. With a capital B.
At face value it's perfectly in line with his improved punch anyway. MSR isn't a monument either in the strictest term. You don't get blown off the wheel and lose minutes upon minutes there. It's just Cipressa + Poggio. Positioning is almost more important than legs if he wants a top 20 placing.
But it won't happen because it's fun and Visma don't do fun.
