"Just type Tenerife into google, along with doping/cycling. "

likewise, just type Alps into Google, along with Hitler.
It will become just as obvious why people really visit the Alps.... ....join the dots....

Because he's never been there?
Because he probably never heard of Tenerife before LA and Ferrari?

Who knows....

I'm with you.

It's just coincidence that so many dopers go there.

Yates had no idea when he recommend it to Wiggins.

Coincidence. That's all it is.

I'm sorry that you believe in miracles.

How many known dopers have trained in Tenerife? Ballpark will do.

A better way to ask this is - how many who are clean have trained in Tenerife?

The answer is 'none of them'

So the tens of thousands of amateur and pro cyclists who have trained there over the years were all doping?

Its an interesting theory.

This forum wouldn't exist of cyclists would just keep the needles out of their backsides!

But I'm with you. There's never been a doping problem  in cycling.

You're not with me, because I have never said anything of the sort.

The question isn't, IS there is doping? its WHO?

There are plenty of cyclists who keep the needle out of their backside, but its an impossible thing to prove.

Bruyneel used to look them in the eye and could prove they were clean.

I noticed online today, one article title right below the other, very similar.

Both Wiggins and Rafael Nadal are out training on Mallorca.

Things that make you go hmmmmmm...

Isn't Nadal from there!!! and escaping from the English weather in November is hardly shocking??

JV'd probably call you a monkey trying to crack a nut.

I'd say there is something very cosey about the North West of Spain. Lots of athletes seem to feel at home there.

I think the monkey would have a better chance then you would.
Mallorca while Spanish, is not in Spain as it is an island to the East of Spain in the Meditterainian sea. (that means there is water surrounding it)

Yes, and in a similar case of drawing conclusions from general things, Bradley Wiggins is British, as was Tom Simpson. How convenient.

So is Britain in case you hadn't noticed!!!

When there's a dearth of inhabitants, it falls under Spanish doping laws / jurisdiction, and people go there to prepare for the cycling season, this will become relevant.
