Coquard definitely wins. Having taken the lead yesterday, he was smart enough to simply not be in the front of the Boucles de L'Aulne today.

I don’t know how far back into the sands of time and archives of L’Equipe and Gazzetta that research has gone to determine a true all-time list.Apols if it's been covered before - do we have an all-time record of most top 10s in a year without a win?
I think that Rojas was originally the inspiration for tracking top tens without a victory. I count 35 for him in 2010, if we are including GC results.
