They are sons of the CEO of Uno-X, Vegar Kulset. But a lot of other signings across their men's and women's teams have been somewhat based on relations between them and other riders/staff
I think it’s pretty fair to say that if the Kulset brothers weren’t into cycling there would’ve never even been a professional Uno-X cycling team. So even if the two oldest, Kristian and Sindre, never achieved anything great on the bike I think it’s fair to say that they are among the most important norwegian cyclists of all time.

And about nepotism, it will not surprise me if Sindre Kulset is going to be a staff member pretty soon.

This guy was thinking of possibly retiring a few weeks ago, like how does he end up at Ineos? I mean of course he was very talented, but he's one of these guys who didn't survived post covid era.

It's a strange one! I thought he was retiring. His issue is not the post covid era but the sudden death of his father in 2023. He would have won the Aussie RR in 2023, except, for a poorly timed mechanical and has never recovered form after taking a period away from racing in 2023

We've known for a while that it was going to happen. The question now if she actually is moving to DSM, and whether she can fully recover both physically and mentally. Suffering one setback after the other this season, while she was still trying to return to her best form after the Fraincident, must have been/be quite tough. I don't know how much she trains at the moment, but she has at least posted some stories of her on bike on Instagram after she was struck by a car in July.

Well yes I know, but I was told many moons ago, we should only post official confirmations in this thread, and this was the official confirmation she is leaving FDJ 🙃

And let's face it unless FDJ do sign Demi they're going to struggle next year.

Well one could argue they might struggle just as much with Demi in the team :p

But even without Demi (I don't think there's any doubt that she is joining), the team looks very strong.

My sauces also tell me that Tom Pidcock (of INEOS fame) will be riding for a team next year and retire before the age of 36.5.

Of course.

And if your sauces are telling you things... you really should find another recipe. Hallucinogenic mushrooms are not a standard ingredient!
My source? I work in a catering company (makes food and delivers it to companies for lunch). I don't think customers have ever been drugged in the four years I have worked there. That's... generally pretty bad for business.

That new Ineos sprint coach will definitely come in handy now.

Their two Swift guys are gonna have to step up!
