Congrats to everybody´s great pick. Well done ... ;)

P.S.: Horner down w/13 minutes (diziness = concussion?). Anyway, he´s gone. Not as predicted by me, but the result is the same...

I am 3 posts shy of 1.000. What is the present from cycnews.com? May Ferminal, who´s also a mod can help out here ;)

P.S.: Just posted in another thread, so it´s only 2 to go...

3 of us have gilbert tonight.

:D c'mon gilbet get my campaign back on course !

Because all my prono games have turned to sh*t, I'm also going to cheer for Gilbert today. Expecting a breakaway to take it though.

Number 1.000:

I think we all might get a problem here. It´s only 9 days gone and we have another two fav´s dropping out: Vino, VDB. Will we have any riders in our predicted Top-20´s? Or will Voeckler win the TdF simply because the peloton runs out of GC-Riders?

Little stats update:
Boomcie and Greenflame are hit the worst so far with 6 (!!!) of 20 guys lost to injuries.
Sasquatch and me are the most "lucky" so far: "only" loosing 3 guys up to now (but Gesink is waitin)

Hesjedal is the one that's going to cost me most, not only in this game but I've also played him in another.

I will be very, very surprised if I still get on to the Vuelta. However, one little bit of hope for me is that Andy looks stronger than Contador. If he's hungry for stages and wins the Tour my gamble there might get me enough points to compensate for the injuries other GC riders I picked are suffering.

Aha, now i understand why there´s no present for No. 1.000. It makes sense, you are right... ;)

This isn´t the NFL, right?

Just read that Klöden was to hospital too and is doubtful to continue.

Here´s the Injury-Report of the 35 riders picked:
Out - Brajkovic
Out - Horner
Out - Intxausti
Out - Kern
Out - VDB
Out - Vino
Out - Wiggins
P - Contador (multiple crashes, injury status unknown)
D - Gesink (still suffering from his big crash, doubtful to continue)
D - Klöden (doubtful, sent to hospital)
Q - Kreuziger (loosing big time after crash(es), thus loosing much time)
Q - Leipheimer (multiple crashes costing much time, status unknown).

Yep, it´s the NFL... or worse.

If someone has more news, or if i forgot riders please inform me. This will be my excuse list for if i miss the cut...

I live and die with Taraamae. He is my "TdF-Tiralongo". And if Coppel would move up, that would be a nice insurance. No way that Karpets gets in the Top-20, that would be a killer. So i know whom i rooting and bite nails for now. :)
