When I am sober again, and prevented a ban.
So about stage 20 with full scenarios for stage 21...

yep, its only informative now, crucial it willl be by stage 9 imho.Stage wins are the real deal now

I hear some critic out of it, so let me get a little deeper to explain:
I changed the format on latest May 31st (see post #2 front-page last edited time/date), so enough time for everybody to adjust (if that is possible any way, since all we can do is to come up with best possible picks in our opinions).
I further made a fun preview of the final standings in Anquetil soon after the Giro & division draw for the TdF. So latest then everybody could have seen the small change of the format.

Besides adding "spice", a more serious reason was that eliminating only one per division might have been too little since AFAIR at least one "replacemt" needed to be called up after each GT (9 all-together) so far in this game (for various reasons like holidays, forgetting to send, being late, leaving the forum, not logging in for a long time, house shifting, etc.). So with the high chance of "only" three dropping out, it would have meant at least one division would qualify all of its players. That is not the idea of an elimination-tournament.

Ofc it was my mistake to originally have only one dropping out per division after this TdF. But I corrected it in time.
I certainly also should have announced the change in the game thread.

If at all, I always improve rules with reason. Not just out of the blue.

8 had Greipel, 13 for Cavendish...

Standings after stage 5 updated... Now I check the CG if the split in the peloton had any influence today. If so, I´ll come up with provisionals later... no changes in CG, so provisionals may tomorrow again...

Well tomorrow is my first Matthews pick. I'll watch Orica greenedge's backstage pass to see how he is doing. He wasn't to hot yesterday....can't imagine he'll be ready to contest for the win tomorrow.

Thanks! My first 4 stage picks are the exact same as Hugo's. I won't even have a chance to gain a point/half point on him till stage 5....yes I'm keeping track of my biggest enemies.
