Is he wearing one of those cooling vests? His torso looks abnormally large for a professional cyclist. I recall Allen Lim mentioning upon being hired by RadioShack that using the cooling vests in training was one of the strategies that he would implement.

I stood next to LA at the finish of one of the stages at the TDU and if he was more than about 8% bodyfat even then I would be surprised.
