I hope Froome smahes Cancellara.
Lol why? And why are you impressed? Do you only see cycling in July or something? Canc won Suisse, Tirreno, 3 RVV... Great results and performances in medium mountain stages...

These are hills. Greg won the road race, too. Canc can smash a few hills. His problem is that he couldn't recover and do the same tomorrow.

Froome's peak seems far away now...doubt he'll be at the Vuelta, going to get spanked if he shows up.

Wishful thinking...Froome is not a "strong" guy like Hinault, Fignon or even Lemond were, he's very "specialized", average most of the time with one peak and one race, so far at least.

Random thought: that's another golden helmet that's gonna hang in a closet for four years.

Wonder if GVA will rock one.

Incredible ride by Cancellara.

Seems like his preparation (including leaving the TDF early) payed off.

Still can't help what would have happened if Dumoulin had been fully healthy, though we can say that by a lot of people. Hard to say he doesn't deserve it.

ps. Wonder if he decides to just retire, he's planning to do it at the end of the year, but this would be an incredible send-off.
