LOL what happens at Ajax. I've been following it every day and it's way better than any soap. I'm on Cruijffs side btw. (I'm fan of Feyenoord (arch rival) but this is fun.

And @Van Bommel discussion. I don't hate his style of playing what has been suggested, although I don't like it too. I think he's getting too old now to play in midfield, especially with his style of playing (more phisically than technically).

Are you a Porto fan since you go to Uni in Oporto? My apologies if you're not :p:D

dear god, rather dead then being an oporto fan. . . .

i am tremendous benfica fan but i have been greatly disappointed with benfica's transfer policy for the past few seasons. i mean there are only so much foreigns you can hire and portuguese superb talents you can waste. . . .

according to benfica's president tho that is supposed to change over the next couple of years, i will believe it when i see it.

btw timmy is there any valid reason for you to hate ronaldo and nani? i mean nani isn't even that famous and at least ronaldo isn't a complete hypocrite like saint messi or as i like to call him "the messiahs", you can smell the falseness on messi's i am such a good humble person attitude from continents apart.

I totally understand the amusement value of what's been going on this week for supporters of other clubs. On the other hand I, and most other Ajax fans, have been absolutely livid about the disgraceful and disrespectful way that one of the game's greatest ever icons, Johan Cruijff, has been treated by a bunch of nasty back-stabbing opportunists, who were only employed by the club in order to help put Cruijff's vision into practice.

I'm sure that all Dutch football fans watched VI and P&W tonight, and I'm sure that all will have been as shocked as I was to see the depths of duplicity these miserable schmucks sunk to in their efforts to discredit and embarrass Holland's greatest ever player and football thinker.

I urge anyone with any interest in the game to try and catch something of tomorrow night's game, Ajax vs NAC. The Amsterdam ArenA will be full to bursting and I fully expect massive, vocal pro-Cruijff demonstrations to take place. The majority of hard core fans share my feelings, which are basically, 'we're f***ing mad as hell and we're not going to take this sh!t any more'.

My apologies. I had idea you would support Benfica as your hometown is near the Spanish border, so I figured if it wasn't Porto, it would be a team like Braga who would be closer to where you live, rather than a team in Lisbon (unless your or family are from there, or have always just supported them).

I consider having ever seen him play to be a valid reason to hate Ronaldo. He represents everything that is wrong with the game (except one thing: he doesn't have his first name on the back of his shirt. If he had "Cristiano" on his shirt then we would be legally obliged to execute him).

O maravilho sem queixo is one of the most loathsome characters to ever play the game.

I can understand that.

The problem is two of 'them' (commissarissen) talked to the supporters who now don't know what to do. They were so smart to get Van Gaal so now the fans can't choose between Van Gaal and Cruijff. I heard the fans won't sing pro-Cruijff or pro-Van Gaal but pro-Ajax.

Spain dominance must fear germany to some extent.

I hear ya, I didn't see the game but when we play abd were generally very good at it ;) Van Bommel is a thug

They had to fear it at WC 2010 as well, best team of the tournament imo but played their worst match vs Spain in the Semi's :(

Statistics for the season suggest Sevilla have to start as favourites (won 4 out of 6 at home, whereas Athletic have only won 1 of 5 away fixtures). Athletic will be happy with a point if you offer it to them now, but they have been in better form of late.

Lol I watched Ajax-NAC, Amsterhammer must be mad. Ajax controlled the game and scored 2-0 with seven minutes to play. NAC didn't have a chance the whole game and then they scored two goals in the remaining time. Must have been 5-0 or something, this is really unbelievable.

But fun :D
