It's obviously Evenepoel. If you want to nominate women for equality points, they should be able to win, but this year would be a crazy year to do that. Just split the award.

I think it's obvious Evenepoel is still a better 1 day/hilly racer than GT specialist. And it's mostly his climbing that has improved, he's not gaining even more on flats compared to people he just dropped than before.

I think he can realistically win RVV if he wanted to. And it might be easier for him to win than The Tour if Vingegaard and Pog show up in that condition.
