I could list numerous other clues as well, but Cyclingtips may not appreciate it..

The secret pro is not a single rider. It's at least 3, and a ghost-writer (CyclingTips states up front that they use one) takes their accounts and writes as if it were all from a single person.
it might morph that way. but was not intended that way. everything i have read, only a handful of the posts, indicate KdK.Dear Wiggo said:Was thinking the same thing.
OT: an utterly brilliant marketing device by CT.

Plus, He's Russian, Pat's favourite nation.![]()

Night Rider said:Interesting. So if I run a database query I get 480 riders that started a grand tour last year. If I filter out those who didn't race in October, did race TDU and did race Amstel and ride on Shimano I get four possible riders, well I actually get seven but I'm excluding three as impossibilities.
W. Bonnet
S. Gerrans
D. Impey
A. Moinard
If you allow those who raced in October it opens up a few more possibilities.

Is it very likely that the gear is shimano?

It's 99.9% certain that Sky Procycling aren't doping either.

"He certainly turned a few heads on stage 6 of the race when he danced away from the rest of us like we were a bunch of juniors"
Is it very likely that the gear is shimano? The electric stuff is not exactly new (just been one or two high profile incidences of failure lately). In cycle sport's man in the bunch thing last year there was a comment about one major supplier being the one you didn't want your team sponsored by. I took it to be SRAM for some reason but nothing to back that up!
