Digger said:no it is not - you were banned four times you think - and you gave advice above to someone about how they should debate - excellent!!
Can I take that this is acknowledgment of your error and an attempt to get some deflecting posts in?Digger said:so are sky clean would you say? As of yesterday still waiting for you to answer than one
Dr. Maserati said:Again, this is about your own personal bias against MV.
I don't agree with MV on a lot of points - but they are more than capable of not trolling and baiting - but can do so when provoked.
This is more a reflection on your style and lack of ability to engage in debate or discussion and have anything of substance to say.
Dr. Maserati said:Well, you can now get banned for NOT breaking the rules. So, bans have become rather meaningless.

I've been testing my ability to delete posts, and the last page of this thread has been deleted. I don't think these deletions will detract from the sum of human knowledge represented by our collective postings.
No warnings have been given - though the yellow and red cards are very tempting. Please have a discussion about something else, cycling perhaps.
Thanks.

absolutely not - it's alluding to the fact that I asked him that yesterday...and still waiting for a reply..
but to answer his question...I was not aware because I still believe I did nothing wrong...if I posted his name or address as parker did, then fair enough.

It is actually appreciated that you stepped in.Wallace and Gromit said:Not for fun. The feeling is much like sending errant children to the "naughty step". It's not much fun, but sometimes is necessary.
I couldn't agree more with this, however, based on past actions, it would seem that this is a very grey area for the CN overlords (not referring to the mods). That's about as misleading as one can get. That "post" (as the link will clearly indicate) is of Benotti69 directly quoting one of Digger's tweets. Saying that it is "on this forum" and trying to pretend that the "threat" was somehow directed to this forum, is quite a stretch, to say the very least.martinvickers said:http://forum.cyclingnews.com/showpost.php?p=1215056&postcount=346
"I will f***ing fight anyone who says anything against him on this"
Second hand it may be, but it's on this forum and it's a threat, directly by you, of violence.

It was a statement that Digger was making on Twitter, towards others on Twitter. Having it quoted here, by another member, hardly transfers the content of that tweet into a post by Digger. But if I really have to explain such things...![]()
But - as is often the case, when there is a flood of posts context can get lost.martinvickers said:You take that quote to the mods, and see if they consider it a threat. Please, go right ahead...
...as compared to the clear hints of physical confrontation you dropped (not to mention your previous blatant threats of violence to others - as I say, you have form).

I can't believe I'm even dipping into this pool, but there a couple of things worth pointing out.I couldn't agree more with this, however, based on past actions, it would seem that this is a very grey area for the CN overlords (not referring to the mods). Once upon a time, one of the longest registered members of this place (some might say the longest) deliberately, and with malice, posted the complete home address of another well-established forum member, just because it was available as part of a public database that had absolutely nothing to do with CN or this forum. Nothing.
Coincidentally, nothing was done about it (besides the removal of the post). I repeatedly asked the mod team about this (in the mod thread), and why actions weren't taken against that forum member. Repeatedly, my questions were ignored until eventually the response came that they were "dealing with it." However no bans or suspensions were EVER handed out as a result.
So there you have it.

For the curious, I am referring to ElChingon vs. TeamSkyFans.

If you have an issue then take Benottis personal post to them for their consideration.
Although I am not sure if Benotti not be able to be amusing is a mod issue.
