Wow, Westra really wants this. Too much flat ground for him to stay away but it's a bold move.

So Westra again pretty much dropped all the other TT specialists. Says enough.

Wiggins is really not much of a cobble rider appearently.

According to Sporza, Wiggins NOT in the 2nd peloton. He is 'very far behind' says to Karl Vannieuwkerke from Sporza.

So. Write off Wiggins.

The Eurosport announcers were discussing Devolder who was apparently hanging on the team car for quite some time and was told off twice by the race officials. Great way to represent the national champs jersey in your home country:D

He only made the move on the last climb to pick up bonus seconds at the next intermediate sprint. He finished second. Thats his objective in the break.

Crosswinds all the way to the finish, so it's hard for guys like Wiggins to come back.

Looks nice and windy out there today, should be fun.

Wiggins is fine on the cobbles (25th in P-R two years ago) but as always he is bad on the slopes.

57km to go.

Break of 22 ahead, with only 5 odd seconds on a peloton which has fractured. The rest of the peloton with the white jersey - one of the jerseys is a further 2 minutes behind.

Those guys are out of the race today. Wont' catch back up with now, 40 odd riders at the head of the race.

A sky rider or two is in there. If I could guess, I would say one is Wiggins.

Greipel has been dropped too.
So no Wiggins and Greipel..

Of the TT-specialists Westra, Grabsch, Rosseler and Grivko at least 100% there
