I was referring to the main sprinters out there, e.g: Ewan, Cavendish, etc. Or you must think Modolo is one of the top sprinters in the field, and a possible threat for MSR, which I certainly don't agree on.

Don't underestimate Sagan on a short TT, he can do really well on those kind of TT's.

Hardly, 10sec in 10km is doable for Jungels, GVA or Tejay.

Modolo is certainly a bigger threat at MSR than Ewan. Probably Cav too if he continues like this.

He was 4th as a neo pro in MSR, he can do certainly well MSR and I would say he has much higher chance than Cavendish to perform well, Cav will get dropped considering his current form.
