Where did Loqwist finish?

There was a slight gap around 10th spot somewhere so I think he and Cunego and Pinotti lost something like 8 seconds. He should be something like 9th overall still.

How good is Cunego's TT? Gesink could well end out of the top 5 after tomorrow. Very disappointing after the advantage he had after the TTT.

Meh, I think he could pass Basso and Scarponi in such a TT. But lose to Nibali/Lovkvist/Machado obviously

We'll see

Epic just epic... Damino WTF??? not good legs today but still finished in the top 10... After today I think that 90% of the ppl here will put Michele in the podium of Il Giro ;)

You really are this excited for one victory?

Sheesh lol. Calm down is what I'd would say.

Why don't you admit that you were VERY wrong? --edited by mod, again, last time too-- DOn't worry, your going onto the ignore list after your poor act this week!

Contador is going to suffer at the Giro if you see how these Italians are racing here :p

In a 9km flat TT? Hmm. It's not Oman.

Not the stage, overall. He has what... 30-40 secs at least on them. I realize he is pretty bad on these sort of things, but that is a fair bit of time for <10km.

Sorry that I got a little excited but when your favourite team is the laughing stock of the forum and jokes are always made about them, you understand why I might get pretty excited!;)

Anton will suffer his lack of experience in Il Giro... I'd put him right now outside top 5... Menchov just saves him the TT but no way He could be with Alberto and Michele in the high mountains... but I'm leaving out his pretty strong team for the mountains... that will be his advantage they could pace him very well in the high mountains... but alone? no way he could hang there... maybe I'm wrong... but I want to see it ;)

Why don't you admit that you were VERY wrong? I guess that is too hard for someone who has the emotional intellignece of a two year old. DOn't worry, your going onto the ignore list after your poor act this week!

Because I wasn't, steep climb, Cuddles already proved he finally got those right at FW. Sure, the final few meters aren't as steep as Huy, but it already cracked most others.

If he does this on a climb like Cauberg or outsprint everyone at the finish of LBL I'll be wrong, not before :)

Lets hope you can keep the ebullience under control, too, otherwise you might end up talking to yourself.;)
A note of caution.
Cadel is looking extremely good for someone riding against May men, when his date isn't until July.
Let's hope he doesn't shoot his load prematurely and end up climbing the Alpe like the Madeleine.

Go all out man, I would if it were my favorite rider. Evans was incredibly strong today, deserved win and I hope he takes the overall. Cheers.

Machado needs 27 seconds, Lofkvist even more. Gesink should hold vs. them.

machado is looking very strong in the itt's this year. 27 seconds may be doable. will be hard tho

Cunego, Basso and Scarponi are no better then Gesink...

Poels could have been so better placed :(
Yeah, I don't know why Poels let go on that Chieti finish, because he clearly could have done better than 20th or whatever he was. Poels is the strongest youngster in this race, not Bobby G.

Speaking of Bobby G... what grinta this guy has. Clearly not in a superb form, but he even improved his GC position today. He just never lets go, amazing.

Evans is a beast. The biggest engine in the peloton (ok, together with Cancellara maybe), and he's shown it today.

How refreshing for the lead-jersey wearer to entertain the crowd in a stage-race (c.f. P-N)!

Well done Evans!

Just accept it... Cadel proves you wrong today and big time!
Dude! He beat Visconti and Scarponi! Visconti!!! You can't argue about that...

I put Il Principe in the top 3 tomorrow after the TT ;)
