I am hoping for gesink to perform here, but I'm not expecting much. Last year he rode here pretty lightly seeminlgy gaining form for the ardennes it seemed. He also doesn't have much racind behind him this season due to having the flue, just 5 days... which was a couple weeks back now. So who knows what his form is like. time will tell.
Looks like his form is OK.Super 4,5 h training with 15x 2 min intensive interval uphill. Went very well! 13x around 500 Watts, last 2 times a bit tired...
