As I pointed out numerous times in the past, the team are sponsored by a supplements testing company. ffs.

Why would any cyclist use supplements; most are unregulated and often do not contain advertised ingredients.

So does the CN story mean the spiked by spouse door is closed and Danielson's now running with the SARMs defence? It does rather read like Danielson is briefing, without offering quotes.

(With regard to supplements, if memory of Argyle Armada serves me correctly, Garmin buys them in in bulk and has them tested. One would like to ask JV what the team's rules are on riders using non-tested privately sourced supplements but one knows that JV would not answer such a question.)

Ha, that is right, if we ruin Tommy D, then George gets a bump. I'm always astounded by the fact that people are willing to pay good money to ride in the Fondos with Eggtimer, George, and others. Call me crazy, but I'd rather ride with a buddy for free and spend my money on good spirits and bike parts.

I also wonder how much the nativist, anti-French, anti-Euro sentiments that persist with some Americans played into the love of Pharmstrong, George, Postal, and the rest. For the millions who ignored cycling and then suddenly were arm band wearing fans, I can't help but think they loved that he was beating the Euros at their own game, and completely accepted that he was doping. Then again, a lot of em really believed he was riding clean.

I block anyone with "Promoted content" (or whatever the designation is) at the bottom of the Tweet.

You'd have to be spamming me quite a bit for me to block you (though I will force unfollow much quicker than that).

I've only reminded him once, and never tweeted anything else to him before in my life.

I believe I have a valid complaint as a longtime cycling fan considering my tweet was the truth that interrupted his fantasy.

I'm not sure why I had to explain myself.

I think 8 years is the going timeframe on doping cases, this is very normal

Did anyone see TD's most recent tweet? I believe this was about Tour of California. He's thinking he could be back by May? There has to be something going on we don't see. Obviously, he'd have to worry about getting signed. But, he seems to think he could be able to race by May. Odd.
