Is it similar to Hushovd's first stage win?

No, it's a rerun of the stage in 1998 that Massi won and I think once or twice before that.

But Aspin and Peyresourde from that side are, well, not that difficult.

Pau should never, ever host the finish of a stage in the Tour. Start okay if they head in the mountains, but finish no way. Waste of a stage the stage into Pau.

Hill power rider, who can descend,ITT and defend attacks in the Mountains

Verse 2 stages with long range attacks possible.

Frändy will not be happy, Evans, Brad will be , but again Contador if riding will be the happiest.

May come down to team strength in the 1st 10 days again
