I'm really unsure what to expect here. Really great route. Will be interesting how much the teams will hold back on the earlier hills to avoid their 5th man being cooked at the bottom of the final climb.

On the second thought, Katusha should be happy to limit it's loses with the weakened team that already has been the least suited for the test.

How are the start lists for the teams determined?

In reverse order in regard to the team classification I believe.

Edit: Sky will go off last as Froome is leading but aside that it's based on Team Classification.

Tinkoff to put a minute on Sky. You heard it here first.
I predicted 55 seconds on my twitter account.. I was only semi-serious though :p

Looks very objective :D

And i'm 100%sure froome is gonna blow them all up on the final climb lol

LOL at the bookmakers. Tinkoff same odds as Lotto-NL. 22:1 ...

My prediction:

1. BMC
2. Tinkoff
3. Sky

I'll second that. I don't think Etixx will be too far off. They probably would have won it with Tony still in. Movistar will probably do pretty well on such a course. Astana look like the team from the "big 5" that will struggle the most, since they've done nothing impressive so far.

Anyone know how the TTT results factor into the Team Competition standings? Is it just the straight time difference between the teams (based on rider #5 over the line), or 3x that difference, or the actual times of the top 3 riders from each team?

(And, yes, I know the correct answer is, "Who cares about the Team Competition?")
