They ran out gas, it is just nothing more to it. Of course they could have some problem also, but most likely just tired.

Well, nothing to take away the insanity of what we are seeing in general, but about EB - he's not been doing well and his "best watts" were not dropping Rigo, so they were not that fantastic ... if he was actually doing his best watts

I think EB was being overblown as a unbeatable force when it is not like he dominated last year in any way. Not saying he is not a super strong rider with a great future, but to put him in an almost 'untouchable' category was always going to be risky.

As for Nairo, ah well ...
