Yup, seems unlikely. Particularly with the route to come and there being another TT. I doubt a healthy Roglic loses as much today and without that crash, was ahead of him. Pog would probably be 20 seconds at best up without the crash.

This and last year healthy Roglic was evenly matched with Pogacar. Gaining 1:40 is likely 99% impossible barring additonal any crashes.

I'll say 8. He will crack 10 in the future, sooner rather than later. Maybe even this year.

Every time relative to Pogacar looks bad. The rest of the favorites seem to be in 1:30 seconds of each other. Of course without the crash Roglic would likely be closer but a TT before the mtns has taken the excitement out of the race for yellow.

Depends how healthy Roglic is. If he can get right for the mountains, he won't lose 5 mins to Pogacar there
