Here the commentators are praising the concept of having team mates waiting on the top of the last climb, but isn't it a bit late to make a difference? At a point where there were almost no flat sections left?

Still wondering about Martinez pulling. The only relevant gc rider he was putting time into was his teammate. That can't have been because of Vlasov right?

It's not only hindsight. When it happened, I couldn't figure out what on Earth he was closing Roglic for.

And yes, he's (Roglic) a great rider and there's respect between them and yada yada yada, but he still should have just let him go.

You are so smart :)

As long as Kuss is still in the race thats all Vingegaard needs. Sepp is a monster, especially in 3rd week of Grand Tours.

Perfect tactics from JV today.

Perfect win for Houle.

Jorgenson must be favorit for the most combative rider.
No no you don’t understand, JV tactics were beyond stupid today! What if Vignegaard would have needed WvA to hold his hand or buy him ice cream in the first half of the stage? Would have been game over!

It can make a huge difference. Having Wout Van Aert as the lead downhill and on the flats is much much safer. Also, had Pog take a few seconds on the climb, Wout could bring it back on the flats.
