Yeah, and it looks so odd with Pogi always coming to him at that moment to congratulate with lots of honest emotions and Vinge looks at him like "man, don't you see I have an important call rn?"

I have to agree with this, he should tell his wife (I assume) to hang on for a moment while he takes the time to acknowledge his rivals effort properly

Its calls to his two girls.. his woman Trine Bramsen and his child.

Yes it's far from crazy because Pogacar lost all his fitness in the fall.
He would have climbed 3-4 minutes faster without any injury.
No.

It's basically the effect of going full gas on the penultimate climb. Vingegaard is the only one not fully on the limit which makes sure he's by far the freshest when the final climb starts.

If this is a fresh MTT they all go faster but Vingegaard it's not like Vingegaard wins by a full minute or something.

The shame is I think we don't see Pog doing anything other than pure tour prep next year. No classics. He needs to come correct.
yes this is what i thinking when i see Pogacar riding in classics this year. Next year all in for Tour. Also, because his team is not good meaning that probably no results of note before Tour for sure to keep himself as fresh as possible
