The way he is riding, you gotta love it.

Far from the Froome or Armstrong eras.
On a side note, does anyone remember the stage Lance sprinted just for the sake of it and pipped someone on the line? Worth a rewatch lol

What they did today was not smart. Only real haters can find fault with how they have ridden the first five stages, though.

Shame all the crashes yesterday gave them brain damage. Only real explanation for today.

Great win! Let's see what happens tomorrow... Pogi is just head and shoulders above any GC competition. Hard to look past him now.

That finish wasn't hard enough for Roglics sprint strength. If the finish was on the hill, full strength Roglic beats Pog imo.
Roglic needs at least around 4-5% gradient to beat Pogačar. When he is in top form of course.

Greta ride by Vlasov to get back on

I still have hope if he isnt injured

He seems alright I think. The fall also wasn't too hard. But in the end this is all about the team in those moments. Great save by the whole squad that was still up there. If they take Bennett and Mullen to the Tour he looses 30 sec to a minute in this situation. They had to burn through their whole squad to bring him back, but in the end it's all about GC and they don't need to care about time gaps for others.

you could say that Bora, EF education and Alpecin were braindead, working for Pogacar and not getting anything in the end.
Bora I disagree because they just got unlucky with Vlasov crash, its actually a good job to get him back on. Don't blame them to think he'd do well on this finish. EF and Alpecin (Philipsen????) on the other hand... no idea.

Edit: EF for yellow I guess, also not outlandish.

Ok but the way he's riding is essentially a more expansive form of dominance than either of those riders managed, and without a super team. If he wasn't young and from a small country Pog would be in everyone's sights.
