Looking for Nice Neilson to take his chance to make the break with 16 mountain points available and NNP having a 18 point lead over Gall.

I always chuckle when I see Juul and the insane gears he push, he looks like he is out cycling with all the little kids.

Don't think I've ever seen a race with a field this deep, where even the mid-pack riders are flying, there is so little filler.

Think the racing is a result of this.
I'd be interested to know if there are fewer abandons this year than in previous years, even with the tough and exciting first week. So far we're had only 8, from what I can tell.

Marc Soler trying to slip off into a move at the front, form curve going up nicely to challenge Evenepoel, Ayuso and Roglic for the top sport at the Vuelta.

Jumbo sent Van Baarle up to the front. They want the break to go soon and spread out over the road.

Skjelmose burning too many matches by constantly closing gaps himselv, Ciccone is riding it way smarter.

last year 158 riders finished stage 11, this year 169 riders finished stage 11. doesn't take into account the number of mountain stages etc.

I think having a hilly start was very good for safety reasons.
