A part of me thinks Pogacar should attack on this climb and see what happens. If Vingegaard wants to battle he might as well do it here. If Vingegaard wants to rely on his team this might be the only chance to get a gap.

A. Yates at the back drenching himself with water. Good day/ bad day for him? Pogacar needs him on the last climb.

Did not look like an attacker from that passing camerashot, but it's Pogacar, so anything under the sun can happen.

He doesn't have it. His mindset is dead after yesterday, never in his mind he thought he would lose more than a minute and half

I think 12 kilometers from the top of la Loze is a launching point for Pogi. There's a little downhill there. Then it goes for 7 hard Ks and then really gets steep for the final 5 Ks. If Jonas has a bad day, Pogi could gain huge chunks of time.

sounds about right, Jumbo also doing UAE's work for them atm. So might as well give it a go.

Pogacar had his soul crushed yesterday, he's going to lose time again today, I hope I'm wrong and maybe stage 20 will still be worthy.

Does Vingegaard now need to win at Loze to claim the lead of KOM?
Yes. Assuming Ciccone takes nothing and the big 2 are the first 2, either Vingegaard will lead Ciccone by 9 and Pogacar by 18, or Pogacar will lead Ciccone by 1 and Vingegaard by 2.
