Where are getting people these numbers (35C, 37C) from? It's 28°C in Meribel where they're passing soon and that's one of the lowest points of todays stage.

Does Vingegaard now need to win at Loze to claim the lead of KOM?

I'm so rooting for Vingegaard to get the KOM jersey.

I'm sick of the tv coverage attempting to make Ciccone's attempts to score points 'suspenseful', like yesterday in the ITT when we followed his climb because they desperately wanted us to think his goal to set the fastest ascent was interesting.

So as a matter of principle, I hope Vinge gets it so we no longer endure this sort of faux suspense no one should care about & over a jersey no one should care about either.

yeah thankfully he hasn't crashed out yet, so on the grand scheme of things I think it's looking up for him. My hopes for him is next year to show a bit more at GT level, but 2019 Bernal won't return for a while.

Yes. Assuming Ciccone takes nothing and the big 2 are the first 2, either Vingegaard will lead Ciccone by 9 and Pogacar by 18, or Pogacar will lead Ciccone by 1 and Vingegaard by 2.

if Gall takes full points (and Ciccone not much), he'd be back in the fight as well. And it wouldn't be too much of a surprise if he turns out to be the best climber from the break.

I don’t think it matters. Jonas would beat an in form Bernal in a TT like he was Bernard Hinault and Egan was Lucho Herrera.
