Yeah, despite the drama, if it weren't for Tibo and Ciccone polkadots entertainment this stage would be ***. Big Peleton with probably a boring Pog/Vingegaard attack in the second part of Platzer or simply a reduced bunch sprint.
I'm hopeful but I wouldn't be surprised if Pinot cooked himself on Petit ballon (not that I blame him, he had to go early because of the GC group).

Bilbao, Gall or Yates (or all three) shouldve tried a long range attack for the podium to make this race more interesting next to the emotional Pinot-story.
