They both a freewheeling behind Gall. Vingegaard doing nothing despite being the strongest climber by miles.

Vingo letting Pog to come back to the race by not attacking. Gonna pay for it later, but not this year. Now would have been the time to crush his spirit.
 
It's so boring, reading how boring Jonas is...I mean, he is ahead by almost 8 minutes...WHY ISN'T HE ATTACKING???!!!....because that would be f**king stupid, and pointelss.

No it wasn't. How is he more sure of winning? Attacking on a climb, where he has been the best in the last week, or waiting for a sprint where Pogacar is usually stronger? (even last year, when Vingo was dropping Pogi uphill, he won sprints to the line like in Peyragudes).
