The stuff these guys are drinking that gave sky a jump on everyone back in the day, Oxford Ketone Ester is extremely expensive, Alpecin spent 500,000 euros on bottles in the last year alone.

It's been around long enough now that we can say it works, but if you're just riding recreationally the performance boost isn't worth the money, just stick to chicken and pasta.
