Those with a keen eye will recognise the coming roads from the day Jelle Vanendert captured the streets with his legendary victory in 2011, the chasing peloton didn't stand a chance.

Plus they were all stood around looking at each other iirc, what a crap tour.

A lot of the cheap crap being shilled by various influencers does nothing, taking advantage of people who know no better. The stuff these guys are drinking that gave sky a jump on everyone back in the day, Oxford Ketone Ester is extremely expensive, Alpecin spent 500,000 euros on bottles in the last year alone.

It's been around long enough now that we can say it works, but if you're just riding recreationally the performance boost isn't worth the money, just stick to chicken and pasta.

Feels kinda silly for the break to split up on the flat. That doesn't help the break make it
