It's stages like today where Visma should be able to drop the hammer and put pressure on Pogacar, but they can't because they simply don't have the team for it.

On the plus side, we will get to see long range desperation attacks from Vingegaard on stage 19 and 20

Lol, the Vismas are riding strong and trying their best. This is a good effort.

Hopefully Vingo can still produce something, as much as I enjoyed it I don't want to watch another Giro for the remainder of the Tour. The scenery looks lovely, though.

Pogacar and Vingo have almost the same amount of helpers right now aha. Closest it has been. Albeit that is because Ayuso is done.

So kelderman has to do the next climb, the valley, then Jorgenson the has to do 8-12ks of beille? Their team is the limiting factor for sure. Vingo will have to go early.

They are just bringing the best team available. Kuss is not there and thats a real bummer, but apart from that, its a very similar team to those of 22 and 23. They have been very strong in stages where Vingegaard might otherwise have lost time as well.
