But what could they do?

Better let him go than burn off too fast. It's a 3 week race. Not a single stage.

I'm not saying it's the wrong thing to do. I never meant to and if that was how it came over I apologize for not being clear. I only tried to explain that I thought sky felt sacrificing all their domestiques to catch Quintana would leave them far to vulnerable later in the race.
