The thing is, if they truly rate him as a true threat. They shouldn't let him get this much of a lead without any effort by keeping Kyrienka in the lead.

I obviously don't know what's going on inside Sky, but the way they're behaving clearly indicates they're not as scared of Quintana up front as they are of Contador in Froome's wheel.

But what could they do?

Better let him go than burn off too fast. It's a 3 week race. Not a single stage.

I'm not saying it's the wrong thing to do. I never meant to and if that was how it came over I apologize for not being clear. I only tried to explain that I thought sky felt sacrificing all their domestiques to catch Quintana would leave them far to vulnerable later in the race.
