Yeee Lopez ! Now it is time all teams offer him a pro contract. I hope he will go to Movistar next year.

I seriously do not understand how this race has no videos by the way. I understand that there is no live videos but the biggest U23 race should at least have video summaries.

But still his level overall is not really good. He dropped also big time in the mountain stages in Valle d'Aosta.

In Valle d'Aosta he struggled with the heat(heatshock or something) and the length of the stages, Also the Norwegian team made a mistake and didn't get anyone in the 23 rider break on the first stage. If I remember the liveticker only the Norwegian team and the Columbian team had an interest in reeling them in, and the Norwegian team was the one with the guys capable in the flats.

So there are a lot of reasons for his less than impressive results. Still the TT that went uphill showed the talent he has. I think it's a matter of building stamina and getting better at bike handling.

This year's course looks to have a lot mountains. :)

They want the winner of Lavenir to be a true contender of GT's in the future.

well where were they?

Not saying they would have otherwise, but they did a lot of work on the front of the peloton today.

Curious to see how the Colombians will handle the weight of the race being upon their shoulders. Plenty of opportunities to attack them from far out.

Didn't follow the stage, what happened? Oomen and Davidenok from the break and Lopez destroyed the field from the main group?

Guys like Svendsen, Eiking and Herklotz not too good.....

Yes, Lopez didn't react immediately to the attacks of Latour and Power, but then he catched the two and dropped them instantly. Just missed the victory because they started late with the big show.
