are there anyone other than a colombian for the GC?

Herklotz, Kudus, Konrad, Formolo, Yates, Flaksis, Gorbunov, Foliforov, Vervaeke

Barbero for the hilly stages (don't think for GC)

His race approach is different from last year, he has peaked for this Tour de l'avenir.

so have parra and rivera and all of 472. they are more naturally talented. we will see but I doubt I'm wrong

Van Baarle signed with Garmin, didn't he? I thought he's not allowed to ride. Will be interesting to see how Herklotz goes. I thought he will be a good classics rider in the Pro's but seems to be quite good at stage races too.
Can't see any winner beyond one of the Colombians.

Any evidence for that? I don't see it. Chamorro definitely has the best result the last 2 years (so the naturally most talented).

Herklotz is a god, he can do everything.

Mohoric could be another first year U23 to watch (he had a lot of bad luck this season, especially in the start of the season), just like Herklotz and Kudus. Eisenhart aswell though I dont expect to much from him here.

Strange that Haig isnt selected, he is having a great season he is also not selected for U23 worlds.

Haig has not qualified for the Australian U23 Long Team and has no real experience outside of Australia. 'lÁvenir is an opportunity to trial rider combinations from the Long Team.

Although I can not see Aust in contention for GC, they will target the Prologue (Howson, Phelan, Watson) and Sprint Stages (Ewan) while Howson, Phelan, Watson, Spokes and Linfield will be hunting opportunities in the hilly stages.

Prologue classification:

1 Alexis GOUGEARD France les 5,1 km en 6'05.610
2 Lasse Norman HANSEN Danemark 00:04
3 Julian ALAPHILIPPE France 00:04
4 Joseph PERRETT Grande Bretagne 00:05
5 Victor MANAKOV Russie 00:06
6 Simon YATES Grande Bretagne 00:06
7 Samuel SPOKES Australie 00:06
8 Jasha SüTTERLIN Allemagne 00:06
9 Stefan KUNG Suisse 00:08
10 Bjørn Tore Nilsen HOEM Norvège 00:08
