Crash by MA Lopez
I hope his case will be different to Soler!

Surely it's not that bad...

heavy crash says sporza and Astana twitter : "Our rider was moved to the hospital for medical checking"

But is he conscious?

He rode on after the crash, has just abandoned now and been taken to hospital for checks according to CN live text

The part they are in at present is known as the Centovalli (hundred valleys). I went down there a few years back on a train on a sunny summers day. And the train company has the acronym of FART - Ferrovie Autolinee Regionali Ticinesi !!

Sagan will need his sprinting more than climbing in TDF this year.. maybe that´s why he looked a little weaker in those harder finishes. Perhaps he put on an extra kilo or two to get more top speed.

Sagan asking Trentin who was the one who didn't close the gap when he started.

He just kept leading out Trentin while Sagan sailed past them!
Yes, there was a contact between Trentin and a Trek guy, I think Degenkolb, but in the end his leadout man just wasn't strong enough, the speed was too low when Sagan went for it, he would have won anyway.
