Apart from GP Quebec last year it seems that De Lie just can't win in the World Tour for one reason or the other.

Good sprint from Coquard nonetheless and surprised to see Costa and Rivera finishing in the top5.

Laurance really needs better support on this kind of terrain, no point in making a group of 40 if only Kragh is there to pace. Was an issue at Catalunya too.

I expected De Lie to make the final, however, its not the first time he's suffered a mechanical at the end of a race.

Laurance is not fast enough to win against this type of group. Alpecin give full support to their leaders, however, there tactics are questionable at times.

Chapeau Coquard - went early and held on. Bling second, De Lie 3rd and with a mechanical problem of some sort, and because it's TdS, Rui Costa had to be there! :) Alpecin did a lot of work for 6th place.

Needs a different team with their focus on MVDP and Phillipsen. Though maybe if (as rumoured) Groves leaves, he'll get more of the opportunities he clearly deserves.
