I already know you didn't watch the stage.
That's par for the course for Lil Maestro - Little watching of races but expresses strong opinions.

Thats not very nice Jaco. I do watch the racesThat's par for the course for Lil Maestro - Little watching of races but expresses strong opinions.
probably not, but the first 5 riders are within 10s or so, so it should still be a good battle for the win.I can't see the remaining stages producing many GC gaps, unless there are unforeseen circumstances.
Would winning the race give him enough points to move into Movistar‘s top 10? After his stage win I think he’s only on 69 points.I’m firmly cheering on Serrano here as it’s much needed UCI points and I want to see future editions if The Least Expected Day.

Prior to the race Serrano was only on 41 points though. He's scored 20 points with the stage win and gets 5 points for every day in the leader's jersey, but he is still over 100 points off 10th and almost 200 off 9th so the value for Movistar is relatively limited. That being said, Mas finishing second in the Vuelta puts Movistar 990 points ahead of Lotto (excluding other points to be scored by Sunday), that is close to being unassailable this late in the season.200 for the win, 150 second, 100 third
I'd imagine that would put him in Movistar's top ten of the Least Expected Year
I went to the start of the stage today and wished Jordi well for the stage outside the team bus, but i didn't expect that. I need to get to Bergamo in October to do the same for Fausto it seems
Saw the scrum at the ineos bus and decided to go elsewhere, since i am no really a fan. Would've likes to have spoken to Kiwato or Porte but all the ineos fans irritated me a bit. Spoke to Italian NC Pippo Zana, Imanol Erviti (very relaxed), and some of the bora guys. Of course saw all the big names riding around including woods and Dowset, whose looks i can't comment on. All the riders down to earth.Me too , though not the Jordi Meeus bit. Was mostly part of the crowd outside the Ineos Bus waiting to finally see Pidcock IRL, after following him for a few years now. Will never fail to amaze me that you can more or less mingle with cycling stars before a race.
Was impressed with the game faces of Anthon Charmig and Max Poole. If either don't have successful careers, I don't think it will be due to lack of determination. Rasmus tiller seemed like a very friendly person, as did Woods and Dowsett, who is ridiculously good-looking in the flesh.
Bonus seconds at the intermediates.I didn't watch the race and admit that I don't want to read everything - here's my question seeing the results on PCS: why is Pidcock 3rd on the stage behind Meeus and Aniolkowski, but drops a place in GC to third behind Serrano and Strong? How is this possible?
Bonus seconds at the intermediates.
However, Strong wasn't in the break so he didn't pick up any bonus time at intermediates.
He was at +14" yesterday, whereas Pidcock was at +7" and gained 4" in finish line bonuses so should be at +3". Strong got no bonuses at the finish, so even if he won all three intermediate sprints (which he didn't) that would only leave him at +5", so would still be behind Pidcock. They've moved him down to 6th now, so the GC looks much more like you'd expect.
I suspect it's a transponder or tracking error.
